Prenatal DHA Test

Healthcare Provider Prescription Pad Program

OmegaQuant’s Prescription Pad Program allows Healthcare Providers to recommend our tests to their patients without having to stock kits kits in their office. Each Test Rx provides full instructions to patients regarding how to order a test, register a kit, and obtain results. Simply download the Rx of your choice and print out as many as needed for your practice. When offering these to patients, make sure you fill out the “Patient Name.” Including a “Provider Email” will ensure that patients AND healthcare providers have access to test results.
